Probably the most surprising thing about the cookies is they involve just two ingredients! Yep that is right, and anybody can blend two components.

Though in the event you would like to make them tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gont cover me should you eat them), however I must say yet another amazing thing about these cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, after I'd had the initial I finished the remainder within an hour.

They're great for hiking excursions or other events where you need a quick energizing snack on the move. Now I keep them as a quick bite in my backpack.

It must also be mentioned that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the typical cookie supposes. Just oats and bananas.

Take oats for example. Not merely do they decrease your cholesterol levels which then will help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbs and nutrients to keep you going for longer throughout the day.

Those nutrients contain manganese, great for bone production and skin integrity in addition to magnesium -- significant for energy generation to allow you to feel more awake

Much like bananas -- the favourite fruit one of athletes -- not only because they have a decent number of good carbohydrates but also for being the big go to my site players at the potassium game.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats work really well)

Optional: Easy Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies- Baker Bettie

two tsp cinnamon

1 small handful raisins

1 small number walnuts, crumbled

1 small number sesame seeds, pear

You may add pretty much anything you enjoy!

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Take a bowl and mash the carrots until they're mushy

Insert the cup of oats and some of the optional ingredients

Stir until everything is nicely mixed

Put baking paper on the menu so that the cookies do not adhere. If you do not have this make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you're vegan)

To create the cookie contour just grab a spoon and garnish an adequate amount from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did at the photograph above. It is super fast and easy.

EQUIPMENT: you only need a strong baking dish and some parchment paper, trendy also.
